Internet poker has become world famous lately, with televised tournaments and celebrity poker game shows. Its universal appeal, though, stretches back in fact a bit further than its TV scores. Over the years many types on the first poker game have been created, including some games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these particular games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely related to blackjack than long-standing poker, in that the players wager against the bank instead of the other players. The winning hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is little bluffing or different kinds of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to pay up prior to the dealer saying "No further bets." At that instance, both you and the bank and of course every one of the different gamblers are given 5 cards. Once you have looked at your hand and the bank’s initial card, you must either make a call wager or accede. The call bet’s value is akin to your beginning ante, indicating that the stakes will have increased two fold. Bowing out means that your ante goes directly to the bank. After the bet is the conclusion. If the bank doesn’t have ace/king or better, your bet is given back, including an amount on par with the initial wager. If the casino does have ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand is greater than the bank’s hand. The house pony’s up money equal to your wager and fixed odds on your call wager. These odds are:

  • Equal for a pair or high card
  • two to one for two pairs
  • 3-1 for three of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • five to one for a flush
  • seven to one for a full house
  • twenty to one for a 4 of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
